常见问题
搜索不到蓝牙设备怎么办？
请确认手机蓝牙已开启，设备已通电并处于可被发现状态；Android 用户还需在系统设置中授予应用蓝牙与位置权限（位置权限仅用于系统蓝牙扫描，应用不会采集您的位置）。
连接后读取不到数据？
请尝试靠近设备后重新连接，或重启应用与设备。如问题持续，请通过支持邮箱联系我们，并附上设备型号与问题描述。
如何关闭已授予的权限？
您可随时在手机系统设置中通过「设置 > 应用 > XBC > 权限」关闭相应权限，此操作仅影响蓝牙相关功能。

Frequently Asked Questions
No Bluetooth device found?
Please make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and the device is powered on and discoverable. Android users should also grant Bluetooth and location permissions in system settings (location is only used for system Bluetooth scanning; the App does not collect your location).
Connected but no data?
Please move closer to the device and reconnect, or restart the App and the device. If the problem persists, contact us via the support email with your device model and a description of the issue.
How do I revoke granted permissions?
You can turn off the relevant permissions at any time in your phone's system settings via "Settings > Apps > XBC > Permissions". This only affects Bluetooth-related features.
