XBC（以下简称“本应用”）由欣博创科技有限公司（以下简称“我们”或“公司”）开发并运营，我们非常重视用户的隐私保护。本隐私政策旨在向您说明我们如何收集、使用、存储和保护您的个人信息。请您在使用本应用前，仔细阅读并充分理解本政策的全部内容。如果您不同意本隐私政策，请立即停止使用本应用。
一、我们收集的信息
本应用为蓝牙设备调试工具，所有数据处理均在本地完成，我们不会收集您的任何个人身份信息。
本应用在运行过程中会访问以下设备功能：
1. 蓝牙权限（BLUETOOTH、BLUETOOTH_ADMIN、BLUETOOTH_SCAN、BLUETOOTH_CONNECT）
用途：扫描、发现并连接附近的蓝牙 BMS 设备，读取电池电压、温度及均衡状态数据，并向设备写入配置指令。所有数据仅在本地展示。
2. 位置权限（仅 Android：ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION、ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION）
用途：Android 系统要求扫描附近蓝牙设备时必须申请位置权限，本应用不会采集或记录您的地理位置信息。iOS 版本使用系统蓝牙扫描无需位置权限，因此不会申请位置权限。
二、我们如何使用信息
本应用不收集任何个人信息，因此不存在将您的个人信息用于其他用途的情形。
从蓝牙设备读取的电池数据（电压、温度、均衡状态）仅在您的设备本地进行实时展示，不会被存储或分享给任何第三方。
三、信息的存储
本应用不在本地存储任何用户数据。应用关闭后，所有运行时数据将被清除。
四、信息的共享与披露
我们不会向任何第三方出售、出租、共享或披露您的任何个人信息。
在以下情形下，我们可能依法披露相关信息：
- 遵守适用的法律法规；
- 响应有管辖权的司法机关或政府机关的合法要求；
- 为保护我们、用户或公众的合法权益所必需。
五、第三方 SDK 及服务
本应用不集成任何第三方统计、广告或数据分析 SDK，不存在第三方收集您信息的情形。
六、未成年人保护
本应用为专业设备调试工具，面向成年用户。若您未满 18 周岁，请在监护人指导下使用本应用，并由监护人代为阅读和同意本隐私政策。
七、您的权利
由于本应用不收集任何个人信息，您无需向我们请求访问、更正或删除个人数据。
如需撤回对蓝牙或位置权限的授权，您可随时在手机系统设置中通过 设置 > 应用 > XBC > 权限 关闭相应权限。此操作不影响您对本应用其他功能的使用（仅蓝牙相关功能将不可用）。
八、隐私政策的更新
我们可能会根据法律法规变化或功能更新适时修订本隐私政策。更新后的政策将在应用内公布，重大变更将以弹窗或通知等方式告知您。若您在政策更新后继续使用本应用，视为您已接受修订后的政策。

XBC (hereinafter the "App") is developed and operated by Xinbochuang Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "we", "us" or the "Company"). We attach great importance to protecting user privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information. Please read and fully understand this Policy before using the App. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please stop using the App immediately.
1. Information We Collect
The App is a Bluetooth device debugging tool. All data processing is done locally, and we do not collect any of your personally identifiable information.
The App accesses the following device features while running:
1.1 Bluetooth permissions (BLUETOOTH, BLUETOOTH_ADMIN, BLUETOOTH_SCAN, BLUETOOTH_CONNECT)
Purpose: to scan for, discover and connect to nearby Bluetooth BMS devices, read battery voltage, temperature and balancing status data, and write configuration commands to the device. All data is displayed locally only.
1.2 Location permissions (Android only: ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION)
Purpose: the Android system requires location permission when scanning for nearby Bluetooth devices. The App does not collect or record your geographic location. On iOS, Bluetooth scanning uses the system framework and does not require location permission, so no location permission is requested.
2. How We Use Information
The App does not collect any personal information, so there is no situation in which your personal information is used for other purposes.
Battery data read from the Bluetooth device (voltage, temperature, balancing status) is displayed in real time locally on your device only, and is not stored or shared with any third party.
3. Information Storage
The App does not store any user data locally. All runtime data is cleared after the App is closed.
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We will not sell, rent, share or disclose any of your personal information to any third party.
We may disclose relevant information in accordance with the law under the following circumstances:
- to comply with applicable laws and regulations;
- to respond to lawful requests from competent judicial or government authorities;
- where necessary to protect the legitimate rights and interests of us, our users or the public.
5. Third-Party SDKs and Services
The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising or data-analysis SDKs, so there is no situation in which a third party collects your information.
6. Protection of Minors
The App is a professional device debugging tool intended for adult users. If you are under 18 years of age, please use the App under the guidance of a guardian, who should read and agree to this Privacy Policy on your behalf.
7. Your Rights
Since the App does not collect any personal information, you do not need to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data from us.
To revoke Bluetooth or location permissions, you can turn off the relevant permissions at any time in your phone's system settings via Settings > Apps > XBC > Permissions. This does not affect your use of other App features (only Bluetooth-related features will be unavailable).
8. Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time in response to changes in laws and regulations or feature updates. The updated policy will be published within the App, and material changes will be notified to you via pop-ups or notifications. If you continue to use the App after the policy is updated, you are deemed to have accepted the revised policy.
